By using our website or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our services

We provide AI-powered business systems, including AI receptionists and chat agents, review and referral campaigns, database reactivation campaigns, and related marketing automation. Specific deliverables are described on the product page or in your order.

2. Accounts and your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate business information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for the content you supply, including contact lists, and you confirm you have permission to contact everyone you upload.

3. Payments and subscriptions

Prices are shown at checkout in US dollars. Payments are processed by third-party providers such as Stripe; we do not store your full card details. Monthly plans renew automatically each month until cancelled.

4. Cancellations and refunds

One-time purchases: you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, as long as setup work on your account has not started. Once setup has started, one-time purchases are non-refundable.

Monthly plans: you may cancel at any time by emailing [email protected] at least 3 business days before your next renewal date. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and we do not issue partial refunds for that period.

Setup fees: any setup fee is non-refundable once work has begun.

How to request a refund: email [email protected] with your name and order details. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5-10 business days.

5. AI-generated output

Our AI agents generate responses automatically and may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing how the AI represents your business and for decisions made from its output. AI agents do not provide legal, medical, or financial advice.

6. SMS and phone communications

By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Prime AI Automations about appointments, inquiries, and services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Compliance with laws

You agree to use our services in line with applicable laws, including the TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and carrier messaging rules. We may suspend service used for spam, unlawful, or abusive messaging.

8. Intellectual property

Our website, systems, templates, and content remain the property of Prime AI Services LLC or its licensors. You keep ownership of your own business data and content.

9. Third-party services

Our services rely on third-party platforms, including software, telephony, and payment providers. We are not responsible for their outages, changes, or terms.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results, leads, reviews, or revenue. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

We may suspend or end service if you breach these Terms or fail to pay. You may stop using our services at any time.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
